What do barriers look like in 'Creative Worlds Align'?

What is Accessibility?

Barriers can be an unknown, complex phenomenon and a hindrance to greater feats such as Art and Design Scapes.

The barriers I faced involved the access to resources, clear confusions on managing time, doubts on self belief and finally - not having an audience.

I did manage to have an inner voice and a good moral compass to guide me in life to my ambitions. Even though I worked hard - the success over time was well worth it. Accessibility is also complex because no one can really look at you (pointing) and say - this is your talent. Life achievements can offer themselves to you but a person needs to choose how and where to succeed. Even people can be hindrances to access - but Art & Design are specialised realms.

Therefore, Independence is good - but one may sacrifice certain things such as time for friends, the TV programmes, maybe money or other goals. However, Independence is worth those sacrifices - brave the storm. So, I am still self-acclaimed and honest and am proving my worth.

Creative Worlds Align was a website designed as a platform to discuss ways to define and mitigate barriers to creativity. It includes community projects and related advisory. Because that brings groups together on a similar aim to 'light up' society; 2 projects are - Graffiti with shared meaning on a wall and a Skateboard Park rendering and also a mention of Dynamic Architecture.

The website also has visual elements and style to invoke a feeling of liveliness that can entice the user into having more of an appreciation of Creativity [it is all around us].

Why Art and Design?

My spatial awareness is great. I can invent new Designs that are luxurious to enrich society. I am still proving my worth by making paintings. I am a big believer in one having an Internal Universe. Stepping into that realm is a wondrous feat. From there stems an acceptance of the times and stories that are your own - only to paint from; that words cannot do justice to.

Art and Design is to me - my own because I can define it and excel in it. Others can arguably trust in me, hence, my persona and words on that because I stumbled across this myself - so I am like any other to me - genuine, kind and transparent in my 'story'.

Remember - talents should be recognised and nurtured.

Our Story

Colorful Soap Bubbles

This is an initiative to promote fair access to Creative endeavours across all walks of life. It was spearheaded by me because I understand Art realms at a deep level. It's a whole other Universe. Because the Mind's Eye is key to capture your story and then tell it.

But with anything in life, there can be difficulties around becoming renowned.

It is better to prove your own worth; even if it means making steps to travel and visit Art Galleries, find key opportunities, create contacts and positive influence or impact on those Creative Realms.

The Key Question to ask is - is it worth it to not explore the barriers to Art or Creativity when Civic Communities can be enriched - with a purpose. I know about possible existences of internal and external barriers that is unique to me.

Individuality is a treasure in the Art World. The Art speaks volumes of who you are, represents your freedoms and identities and can lead to financial independence. But that 'success road' can be long and tumultuous - even though I believe that Time Heals All.

So when the 'grass is greener' you'll never know until you make the journey to the other side of the Apple Orchard. And - I have been there myself and that journey is worth it - because the Apples get tastier with individual meritocratic exploration.

It's the Unknown and that's the beauty of it. I find Art realms to help me with my lifestyle of relaxation tendencies.
